 Katerina Rüdiger is working as a policy analyst at the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, leading a policy review on skills utilisation. Previously, she worked as a researcher at the Work Foundation where she has published a number of research reports on the knowledge economy, globalisation and labour migration. Before joining the Work Foundation she worked at the European Policy Centre in Brussels and Policy Network in London. She holds an MA in European Studies from King’s College, London and a BA from the Université de Nantes, France.
