Jasper has worked at Cedefop as a project manager in Area Reseach and Policy Analysis since 2007. His research interests include labour market dynamics and training needs, skill mismatch and the labour market situation and training of ageing workers. Jasper has contributed to and published a number of reports and articles on skills obsolescence, the impact of training and key competences. Currently, he is responsible for the Cedefop research arena (Cedra) which deals with skill mismatch and related issues and contributes to Cedefop’s research reports on vocational education and training.
