Marita Aho works for the Confederation of Finnish Industries EK. She is responsible for foresight activities in the areas of skills, education, research and training needs. She is a Senior Policy Adviser for university education. For most of the EK member companies the operational environment is international, often global. That is why the international cooperation is a very important in her work. She is an active member of the Education Committee in the Business and Industry Advisory Committee, BIAC, of the OECD. She believes in sharing knowledge, experiences and ideas. Sharing hindsight, insight and foresight creates added value and win-win situations.
