Radoslaw Owczarzak is a research manager in the Employment and Competitiveness Unit at the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) in Dublin. His main responsibilities are Eurofound’s sector studies and research on the links between quality of work and performance. He is a business economist, with a Ph.D. in strategic management from the Poznań University of Economics in Poland and DESS in Finance and Banking from University Paris 2. He has developed his career in academia, strategic consultancy projects and in business management. Additionally, he has been actively involved in NGOs promoting sustainable social development and education.
