Provision of Legal Services to Cedefop

The purpose of the contract is to acquire legal services to cover Cedefop’s current and future needs, including litigation and pre-litigation; administrative, legal and judicial proceedings; European Ombudsman and EDPS complaints; OLAF investigations; administrative inquiries and disciplinary proceedings; transparency and public access to documents; functioning and governance of the Agency, legal matters related to procurement, administrative matters and Human Resources etc.
