Vladimir Kvetan is a senior expert at the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) since 2010. His main tasks are related to the project on forecasting skill supply and demand in Europe. He graduated in 1997 from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of Business Informatics. His major studying fields were operational research and econometrics. From 1997 to 2009, he worked at the Institute of Economic Research Slovak Academy of Sciences. He was responsible for developing the macroeconomic model, labour market analyses and analyses of regional development. He took part on the scientific research of key policy reforms in Slovakia as well as different national and international research projects. Between 2004 and 2009 he was a delegate Cat III of European Economic and Social Committee’s Consultative Commission on Industrial Change. Back to Speakers List |
