Dr. Manuela Bonacci is a Technical Researcher in ISFOL, carrying out national and international actions in the field of developing the NQS, implementation of EQF and ECVET principles, she is a member of the Working Group entrusted with the EQF Referencing Process and contributed to the National Table-Commettee for the occupational, training and certification standards promoted by the Ministry of Labour. She has been working since 1999 in the Vocational Education and Training field as Project Manager on European Transnational programmes and projects on several issues. She has collaborated in the designing and management of two ECVET projects: MOTO (Model Of Transferability of learning Outcome units) and CO.L.O.R. (COmpetency and Learning Outcomes Recognition for migrants). She has also worked as a teacher in Secondary Public Schools (teaching English as a second language).

She has published in the field of competences, learning outcomes, EQF, ECVET adaptability and flexibility of workers language education and has contributed to several European and international conferences.

She holds a BA degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, a Language Teacher Qualification (within the Secondary High School System), a Master in “Public Management and Communication” and she qualified at the doctorate in “Labour Psychology and Human Resources”.
