"Cand. polit. Odd Bjørn Ure holds a 7 years’ degree in public administration and organisational theory. He evaluated a Norwegian LLL (lifelong learning) reform (2006), and was country co-ordinator of two research projects financed by the EU Framework Programme. He co-edited a DG EAC study on implementation of lifelong learning strategies and policies (2010). In a fortcoming CEDEFOP study addressing feedback mechanisms between VET and labour market, he was coordinator for Nordic countries.
