Dr. Klara Skubic Ermenc is Associate Professor of Comparative Pedagogy at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She teaches several undergraduate and graduate courses: Comparative Pedagogy, Educational Systems, European Education Policy, Integration of Theory and Practice in CVET. Her fields of research are: European trends in vocational education, vocational pedagogy; the role and the development of comparative pedagogy; intercultural education and education of students with immigrant background. She is a consultant for the development of vocational education and training in Slovenia, and a member of government expert team for the development of the Slovenian qualifications framework.
