Jerzy Wisniewski – expert in the Strategy Department in the Ministry of National Education in Poland. 2003-6 and 2009-11 as a head of Strategy in the Ministry of Education coordinated European Social Fund intervention in educational sector in Poland. Director General of the Ministry in 1998 - the time of launching the system reform. 1990-5 director of the International Department of the Ministry.
He was a member of the OECD team reviewing the education in Lithuania, advised the Ukrainian Ministry of Education, lead the team reviewing the Vocational Education and Training system in Croatia. Former member of the Governing Boards of the Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (OECD) and the European Training Foundation.
