| Over the last 25 years she has worked substantially on issues related to the role of VET in opening opportunities for young people and adults through European comparative studies and in specific countries focusing on access, recognition, quality and pathways. In recent years a key focus has been on the shift to learning outcomes in adult learning and school education (general & VET) & the development and implementation of key competence policies in Europe. She has coordinated the Learning for Well-being Consortium working with European foundations and NGOs in different policy sectors towards inclusive societies where children & young people are respected as competent partners and learn to realise their unique potential and engage in society. |
