Transfers will be provided by Cedefop according to the following timetable:
Thursday, 21 November
08:30 – pick up from Nikopolis Hotel and Royal Hotel to Hyatt Regency
20:15 – pick up from Hyatt Regency to Nikopolis Hotel and Royal Hotel
Friday, 22 November
08:30 – pick up from Royal Hotel, Hyatt Regency and Nikopolis Hotel to Cedefop
Friday, 22 November: Please be informed that bus transfer will not be provided to return to your hotel or go to the airport. The Conference Secretariat will support you and book a taxi that you can share to the same hotels or to the airport at fixed rates.
