Maria Drakaki is a PhD candidate in Lifelong Learning and VET policies at the Department of Political Science at the University of Crete (Greece) and researcher of the Centre for Political Research and Documentation of the Department of Political Science at the University of Crete. She is a graduate of the Department of Sociology of the University of Crete and she holds a MA in Sociology (Sociology Department / University of Crete) with specialization in “Social Organisation and Social Change”. Furthermore, she holds a certificate of educational and teaching proficiency and she is an adult educator since 2010.
