Researcher of the Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology of the University Institute of Lisbon (CIES-IUL) has a master’s degree in Sociology and Planning by the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL). Currently PhD student in Public Policy, the theme of her thesis is Europeanization of Educational Policies in Portugal. Part of the team of the Evaluation study of the Educational Reform (2008) and with large experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects (2003-2007), from 2008 to 2010 was a Team Operational in the II Programme of Education Territorialization Project (TEIP) of the Portuguese Ministry of Education. Currently is coordinating the EU financed study Early School Leavers-public policies and school actions (POAT 358402011) and is a part of the team of the comparative international project “Educational Challenges in Southern Europe. Equity and efficiency in a time of crisis”- ECSE Project (PTDC /IVC -SOC /5079/2012). a
