Bruno Scazzocchio started his collaboration with
Confindustria, the Confederation of Italian Industry, in 1995.
Until 1999 he had been working in the Official Education,
Training, and Research Department.

Since 1999 till 2000 he had been working as national expert at
the European Commission in Brussels, and since 2000 till 2002
he was the director of the “ Body for Training”.

Since 2002 till 2007, as the Confindustria’s person in charge of
vocational and educational training, he dealt with: European
Social Fund and national and regional training financing;
European policy in the field of vocational and educational
training; national and regional policy in the field of vocational
and educational training; interprofessional bilateral funds for
continuing vocational training. He was also responsible for the
training needs analysis and competences, for the relations with
trade unions and for the human resources management.

Since January 2008 he is responsible for the general
coordination of Fondirigenti. He is in charge of the institutional
relations, the communication and the activities development.
