Jean-Raymond Masson, is a Senior Expert at the European
Training Foundation in projects related to VET policies in the
candidate countries, the Western Balkans and in Mediterranean
countries, with particular reference to financing and quality
assurance in education and training and lifelong learning, and
more generally to the dissemination of the EU policy in Education
and Training in ETF partner countries.
