Sarah Elson-Rogers, Project Manager, Cedefop

Sarah has worked at Cedefop as a project manager since 1997.
She has worked on a range of projects including, until 2001, the
financing of vocational education and training and she contributed
to and published a number of reports on national VET financing
systems as well as discussion reports on: demand-side financing
(vouchers and ILAs); financing continuing training in SMEs; and
output-related funding. She is currently coordinating Cedefop's
policy reporting work and the ReferNet network.
