Rimantas Dumčius

Born in 1977, holds MA in Political Science (European Studies)
from the Institute of International Relations and Political Science,
Vilnius University, Lithuania. The start of professional career in
1998, the Ministry of Public Administration Reforms and Local
Authorities, where he was involved in designing public financing
instruments to promote social and economic development. Member
of the management team of the Public Policy and Management
Institute since its takeoff in 2001. Career as public policy analyst
with special focus of education, labour market and social policy.
Implemented a number of research, policy evaluation and technical
assistance assignments on VET policy the past 5 years. Helped to
support and promote evidence and research based decision making
and policy learning within Lithuanian public administration.
