Kostas Dimoulas

Representative of the Labor Institute of the General Confederation
of Greek Workers (INE/GSEE).

Born in1966, studied Political Science at the University of Athens
where he supported successively his dissertation on the subject of
the role of training in the context of the welfare state policies. He is
working since 1994 as a fulltime researcher and consultant at the
Labor Institute of the General Confederation of Greek Workers
(INE/GSEE). Member of various national comities for training and
employment policies published several articles about lifelong
learning, employment policies and social integration.

Main field of work: certification of training outcomes and
professional qualifications, training for employment, public policies
and human resource development in the context of social policy.
