Forty one European agencies, including Cedefop, showcased their work at the European Parliament between 6 and 9 October.

Many MEPs, Parliamentary employees and visitors passed by the agencies' stand to get information on what these organisations do and how they can be of use to European policy-makers and citizens.

They were given a newly published brochure, which provides an overview of the breadth and depth of work carried out by the various specialist EU agencies. The brochure clearly underlines their combined added-value and how they are working to help make Europe more competitive and a better place to live and work.

Information material specific to each agency was also distributed, while many visitors expressed interest in various areas, including vocational education and training, Cedefop's specialist subject.
