In the 8th International LLinE Conference are the four points of the EU Memorandum as the focus of lifelong learning: Employability, Active Citizenship, Social Inclusion, Personal Fulfilment. These aims and policy frameworks will be discussed from several points of view. The conference will also discuss whose knowledge we deal with it is never objective. Whose knowledge is power? The economy of knowledge what knowledge is paid for and by whom; what knowledge is given time (by us or by those who allow it to us)? Global tensions are increasing our way to understand and act? What knowledge do we need in a multicultural world?
