Management approaches to establishing a quality culture within VET institutions

The study aims at:

1) analysing approaches/frameworks to internal quality management that VET providers have (developed and) implemented in various Member States to ensure the quality of their training provision (initial and continuing VET)

2) investigating similar approaches (developed and) implemented by different sectors and companies in order to define their relevance to establishing a culture of quality (and not only of conformance) within training institutions. A handbook with guidelines, tools and concrete examples will be produced to support VET providers when implementing internal quality management.
