The National Agency for Qualifications and VET (Agência Nacional de Qualificação e Ensino Profissional), responsible for implementing the European agenda for adult education in Portugal launched a new website for adult education, in December 2012. The website presents the main action lines in the field of adult education up to 2014, defining three priority target groups:
- adults at risk or social exclusion;
- adults with disabilities;
- the elderly.
