Council Resolution on the training the of judges, prosecutors and judicial staff in the European Union

The Council adopted this Resoluiton on the organisation of  training for judges, prosecutors and judicial staff (such as assistants, law-clerks and registrars), without prejudice to judicial independence or different judicial organisations in the European Union.
