To pave the way for setting up of the European Trusted Smart Statistics Centre and its Web Intelligence Hub, Cedefop and Eurostat have decided to join resources and expertise. In fulfilling their mission, the two organisations aim at using all available data sources including the emerging digital ones. To join efforts in exploring and using the new data sources, especially the online job advertisement data are crucial for providing timely and relevant statistics and a knowledge base on skills’ demands.
Since 2016, Cedefop has been developing a system for collecting, processing and analysing online job advertisements (AO/DSL/VKVET-GRUSSO/Real–time LMI 2/009/16, further referred to as the “2017-2020 project”). This call foresees adoption, maintenance and further development of the data production system and its parts for the 2020-2024 period, aiming at full implementation within the European Trusted Smart Statistics Centre’ Web Intelligence Hub.

Information about the public opening of tenders
With reference to the COVID-19 outbreak and the public health medical emergency as well as Cedefop’s decision to close its premises as of 17 March, we kindly inform that the public opening of tenders may take place virtually and not in Cedefop’s premises as initially announced. Tenderers that express their interest to participate in the virtual opening will receive further guidelines (details on how to express interest to attend the opening can be found in point 7 of the invitation to tender).
Tenderers that will not be present at the virtual opening session but wish to be provided with the information announced during the public opening may send their request to C4T-Services@cedefop.europa.eu .
