In response to the coronavirus threat and to help contain its spread, the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) decided to promote the use of e-learning by subsidised training providers – a move also aiming at faster adoption of ICTs in vocational training. The SKILLCO Erasmus+ international construction project 2017-20 was successfully completed with 923 individuals participating in the pilot training sessions for four previously identified as missing sectoral skills in three partner countries (Slovenia, Germany and Hungary).
