In the course of the Bruges-Copenhagen Process, projects and initiatives are being promoted that are working on the exemplary development of a credit transfer system for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET). the course of the Bruges-Copenhagen Process, projects and initiatives are being promoted that are working on the exemplary development of a credit transfer system for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET).

The aim of this conference is to present and discuss the current developments on European level (preliminary results of the Technical Working Group on ECVET, status quo of the EQF in relation to ECVET) as well as the core results of the VQTS (Vocational Qualification Transfer System) project. These presentations (morning session) will be followed by workshops in the afternoon focussing on new practical approaches to transparency, international recognition of competences and mobility developed in European projects.

Target group / Participants (app. 100-150): 

  • Experts of ECVET on European level as well as from several European countries 
  • Representatives of European projects related to transparency, ECVET, mobility, international recognition of competences
