Leonardo da Vinci project RECALL - Recognition of Quality in Lifelong Learning

RECALL is a two year pilot project funded by the European Commissions Leonardo da Vinci programme. The project started in October 2006 and includes partners from Iceland, Denmark, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovenia, Norway and the UK.

The products include a quality assurance system for lifelong learning providers, based on quality directed initiatives in VET in Europe.

The results will be used to disseminate a commonly recognised quality mark for lifelong learning providers and develop a commercially sustainable procedure for managing and awarding the quality mark.

A group of partner countries have come together to develop and pilot a quality assurance system for the European market place in non-formal learning.
