Early recognition of skill requirements in Europe

This European conference attempts to bring together experts and other actors engaged in this field to exchange their experience on approaches, methods and results of related initiatives in several European countries. The discussion should reveal which approaches are suited for a specific country and in specific social, cultural and education/training environments. Also to be discussed is their suitability for policy making and transferability of specific approaches to other countries, including the candidate countries.
