The study aims at specifying and clarifying the relationships between credit systems and qualifications frameworks at European, national and sector levels, as well as developing scenarios for a credit and qualifications framework at European level, considering on the one side European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and on the other side the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) and the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) for Higher Education.
