DG EAC Open Call for Tender - European network of experts in the social sciences of education and training

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of policy development in education and training in Europe through the setting up of a stable and effective network of experts working on the social aspects of this field.

This network will advise and support the Commission in the analysis of educational policies and reforms and of their implications at national, regional and European level. The network is expected to support European level policy-making with trustworthy state-of-the-art knowledge and expertise about the role education and training may play in contemporary European societies, not in isolation but in connection and synergy with other policy fields and concerns (such as health, employment, welfare, migration, youth, social inclusion, social cohesion and social justice).
