National stakeholders involved in the implementation of common European tools gathered last November in Bonn to examine how the resulting shift to learning outcomes is affecting qualifications and related processes in their respective countries.

A new report has now collected the results of this seminar, including case studies discussed and proposals for future action.

The common tools examined include the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework  (EQAVET); the European Qualifications Framework (EQF); and the European Credit System for vocational education and training (ECVET).

The seminar was organised by the EQAVET Secretariat hosted by the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) in Bonn, Germany.
