Information systems expert & project manager

Cedefop invites applications for the position of Information systems expert & project manager, Temporary Agent, as follows.

For External applicants, the grade offered is AD 5. Applications must be submitted on-line from the following link: on-line application, through the procedure: Cedefop/2020/07/AD_external.

For Interagency applicants, the grade offered is AD 5 - AD 6. Applications must be submitted on-line from the following link: on-line application, through the procedure: Cedefop/2020/07/AD_Interagency. To be eligible for the interagency notice of vacancy, you must satisfy all of the following requirements on the closing date for submission of applications and on the day of filling the vacant post:

• be employed in one of the EU agencies  in function group and grade AD 5 or AD 6;
• have at least two years completed service within your current agency;
• have successfully completed the probationary period provided for in Art. 14 of the CEOS in the relevant function group.

Important note on ITIL: The ITIL requirement for the recruitment of the position of “Information Systems Expert & Project Manager Cedefop/2020/07/AD” can be satisfied by providing an ITIL certification at any level (Foundation Level, Managing Professional, Strategic Leader, Master Level) or ITIL version (2,3,4). ITIL is an approach to IT service management and helps align the ICT services to the business needs, to ensure and demonstrate compliance with best practice and measure improvements.
