Systems, institutional frameworks and processes for early identification of skill needs

This publication presents proceedings of the conference organised in Dublin jointly by Cedefops network on early identification of skill needs (Skillsnet) and the Irish Training and Employment Authority (FS).

The publication gives an overview of diverse systemic, institutional, political and other contextual arrangements across countries and of different approaches in research and analysis performed by different institutions involved in early identification of skill needs at various levels.
