This workshop organised by ISCTE (Department of Economics and DINMIA), Lisbon, Portugal and by the University of Brescia (DIMI), Brescia, Italy will take place on December 11-12, 2008 in Lisbon, Portugal and will be hosted by ISCTE.
The Workshop will provide an international forum to discuss theoretical and empirical contributions with the purpose of increasing the common knowledge on how skills and competences affect individual and organisational performance.
The Workshop is expected to result in quality networking among researchers and to stimulate future joint research activity by participants.
