The objective of the seminar was to raise the awareness of the 2009-2010 study visits organisers about recent developments in education and training in Europe and to provide them with guidance on how to organise good quality visits. The focus of the seminar was on the following study visits themes:
- `Innovation and Creativity`, looking at innovative approaches in teaching and training
- `Education and Training for Employability`, looking at cooperation of learning providers with enterprises and social partners in order to develop skills needed for the labour market.
