As part of the German education award 2014, TÜV SÜD Akademie and EuPD Research Sustainable Management have awarded the initiative's quality seal to 15 businesses of excellence.
The German education award honours those companies, organisations, institutions and agencies which have an excellent education and talent management system in place. The award not only awards winners in six categories, but also businesses that have successfully completed an education and talent management audit.
During the one-day audit, independent experts from EuPD Research Sustainable Management and TÜV SÜD Akademie assess businesses' education and talent management systems by way of structured dialogue and reference to defined quality criteria. The award’s quality model has already been put to the practical test in more than 250 businesses.
TÜV SÜD Akademie and EuPD Research Sustainable Management created the award in 2012 to establish scientifically proven and practice-oriented quality standards for education and talent management and to distinguish the best concepts in Germany. As in previous years, the initiative receives support from various partners. They help incorporate in-company education and talent management as a strategic business goal in Germany.
