10.1.1. ACTIONS IN TERMS OF ENCOURAGING THE USE OF MULTIPLIERS AND STAFF COMMITMENT TO LEARNING MOBILITY
During information and promotion events organized by AMEUP, special attention is dedicated to emphasizing benefits of the learning mobility – and this is done through 'good practices' examples. Good practice examples are individuals who had a positive and motivating learning mobility experience that is worth sharing with others. Multipliers are chosen by AMEUP based on the evaluation of their activity report, as well as on their experience in Erasmus+ project management. Usually, multipliers are called to motivate participants by sharing their stories at AMEUP info events as well as at the events organized by other organisations. Also, The AMEUP developed a network of Erasmus+ ambassadors, i.e. multipliers, such as teachers, trainers and other persons involved in project coordination or mobility participants, experienced in project coordination, to share their experience with learners and teachers who are potential mobility participants, and motivate them to become mobile, as well as to motivate newcomer organisations in the Erasmus+ programme to participate. Multipliers take part in different events, organise webinars and/or workshops in coordination with AMEUP, publish articles in newspapers and participate in TV and radio programmes.
