Companies in the sector of household/personal services receive a fixed amount of money (flat-rate of EUR 14.50 per hour) from a training fund for training their employees. Additional funding for course fees is available.

Since 1 October 2013, a household/personal services company can get EUR 150 or € 350 when workers from the "60% target group" (i.e. recipients of social benefits) follow a training path of minimum of nine or eighteen hours in the first three months of being hired. These amounts are not deducted from the training budget allocated to the eligible business. The training pathway must include one or more approved external training courses (i.e. for which the applicant / training institute received approval).

Since October 2013, the compensation flat-rate for the salary of household/personal services workers taking up training is EUR 14.50 (instead of the previous EUR 12.60).
Since October 2013, a household/personal services company can get EUR 150 or EUR 300 when workers from the "60% target group" (i.e. recipients of social benefits) follow a training path of minimum of 9 or 18 hours in the first 3 months of being hired.
Allocation: Funds are distributed in case of meeting the pre-determined (through top-down procedures) criteria best.
