The Adult Education Act, Art.18, 19. In order to participate in adult training programmes, employees may exercise their right to educational leave for at least 7 days per year. The employee is obliged to provide the employer with the programme application form, as well as with certificates of participation and completion of the programme. The adult education institution shall issue certificates and proof of participation in the programme without charging any fee.
