The training courses should last maximum 150 hours on average per worker over a period of 1 year minimum to 2 years maximum.

The credit-adaptation is an hourly flat-rate financial intervention per worker: EUR 6 per hour per worker or EUR 9 per hour per worker for SMEs (fewer than 250 employees and an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 50 000 000 or an annual balance not exceeding EUR 43 000 000).
If the head office of the business office is located in a 'development area' recognised by the Walloon Region, the hourly rate is increased respectively to 7 EUR (6+1) or 10 (9+1) EUR.
Within one funding period of two years there is a budget ceiling fixed. The same company cannot benefit from a contribution exceeding EUR 80 000 per 2-year period from the date of the signing the agreement.50% of the grant is transferred directly to a company upon submission of training plans (advance payment) and 50% upon completion of training plans (reimbursement).
De-minimis regulation is applied.

EUR 1 500 000 were provided by the Walloon government in 2014. This volume was complemented with EUR 3 350 000 by Le Forem's resources.
