A new survey has revealed that there are big difference between member states on flexible time arrangements, part-time work and family related leave.
The survey, published in Brussels on Wednesday (17 May), was conducted by the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) for the European Commission.

The survey shows that on average, flexible working time arrangements exist in 48% of establishments with 10 or more employees in Europe. Companies in Latvia, Sweden, Finland and the UK are the ones who tend to offer the most flexible working time arrangements. On the other hand, in Cyprus, Portugal, Greece and Hungary there are the least number of companies offering flexibile arrangements
