One of the sessions in this weeks conference, Climate change: a social and educational perspective, will focus on the results of a Cedefop workshop on green jobs and green skills.
The workshop (held on 6-7 October) examined the emerging needs of eco-industry, but also of the wider labour market, for the skills that will help Europe make wider use of renewable energy sources and achieve sustainable development.

The international conference, which is hosted by Cedefop on 23-24 October, is organised by the European Commissions Representation in Greece and the European Parliament.
