Alessandra Molz joins Cedefop for six months (starting in November) as a seconded official from the International Labour Organisation. Her work at the International Training Centre of the ILO focuses on the design and delivery of adult learning programmes, with special reference to social inclusion through skills development. 

A graduate of the Free University of Berlin, Ms Molz holds a postgraduate degree from the German Development Institute and has worked on employment and skills issues in several countries, particularly in Latin America. Within Cedefop she will contribute to the upcoming policy report and conduct a comparative study of learning outcomes.
