Heralded by the institution and public authorities, the modernization projects for Universities and Higher Education Institutions pertains to the training possibilities and research programmes in a context of intense international openness. Now, the ever-increasing flow of students, teachers and researchers is both a sign of attractiveness of higher education and a reinforcement factor.
Bringing together 300 European experts university lecturers, representatives from the 27 Member States and the 19 countries associated in the Bologna Process, representatives of international organisations the conference will provide the opportunity for feedback and discussion between experts on the subject of the status of knowledge pertaining to university mobility, conditions of their financing and the required teacher, administrative and social mentoring.
