RegioFood project

The RegioFood project has been set up with the financial support of the EU's Leonardo da Vinci programme. It will provide distance training to chefs and accommodation-providers in Estonia, Italy and Wales in the production and presentation of traditional local foods, perhaps with a modern twist, but certainly with due regard to the increasingly-important aspect of food safety.

The project will run until September 2006
