Ivica MILICEVIC is a Research Officer in the Skills and Labour Market Research Unit of FAS (the Irish National Training and Employment Authority). The Unit collates all available information about the supply and demand of skills in Ireland, providing a platform for timely analysis and forecasting of the labour market at skills level.
Ivica joined the Unit in 2007, and has since contributed to the production of the annual National Skills Bulletins, as well as to a number of sectoral studies, forecasting skill needs in construction and healthcare. Prior to joining the Unit, he worked as a researcher at the Work Research Centre, Dublin, where his work mainly focused on socio-economic aspects of information and communication technologies, including European research projects that supported the European Commission's IST (Information Society Technology) programme.
He holds B.A. in Economics and Sociology, and M.Sc. in Applied Social Research, both from University of Dublin, Trinity College. |
