In charge with project researches at the University of Florence. The issues are related to policy measures developed in the fields of lifelong learning and adult education; policy learning and policy transfer among Regional Governments; development of multilingual web tools and support services for institutions and their mutual learning aimed at promoting transfer and creation of innovation.

Responsible for the implementation of the training broker system in Ferrari; creation and implementation of the online system where company demands and training supplies are available and structured; definition of tools and instruments for the company training demands and identification of descriptors to be used for the training supplies.
