Feuerstein Michaela
Coordinator of the Study Visits Programme - Cedefop
Michaela Feuerstein is Coordinator of the Study Visits Programme for education and vocational training specialists, which has been part of the Lifelong Learning Programme at Cedefop since 2007.
From 2000-2007 she was Head of Division: Europe, Mobility and Vocational Education and Training at InWEnt (Capacity Building International) (former CDG), Koeln-Bonn, Germany; Director of one of the German National Agencies for Socrates; and responsible for the Study Visits programme in Germany, as well as for Europass, VET mobility in Leonardo da Vinci and a series of bilateral programmes.
From 1990 to 2000 she was responsible for monitoring, administering and assisting in the supervision of all schools and colleges in vocational education and training (IVT and CVT) at the municipal school administration in Munich. Between 1978 and 1990 she taught business studies at a German vocational college within the dual system. Michaela Feuerstein holds a degree for economics teaching in vocational education and training (Dipl. Hdl.) from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
