The objective of this study was to identify what effects transnational mobility actions have on VET professionals on a personal level, on the institutions in which they work and on the national education systems, and to determine which factors have a supporting or inhibiting effect in that context. It attempts to describe the problems and challenges that confront VETPro and in particular those that impede the requisite modernization of VET and their systems. In addition, factors supporting the processes of modernization and innovation have been identified.
